Ministry of the Interior(MOI) holds 「The Second Half of the Year Extraordinary Substitute Civilian Unit and Servicemen Commendation Award Ceremony」on the 3rd at Xinying Cultural Center Auditorium. MOI vice Minister Chen Zhong Yan gives the Award towards 55 exemplary servicemen and 14 astounding service units.
The Substitute Service System has been implemented for more than 20 years. Besides offering our youth another service opportunity, we hope each office and service unit continue to provide an excellent service environment. So servicemen may have a greater spaciousness to exhibit their expertise. May our servicemen learn from experience, continue to grow, and realize self-potential.
