It has always been the constant goal of the Substitute Training Center to allow the alternative service draftees to train in a safe and secure environment. Regulations of Sexual Harassment Prevention Act are publicized well in the training courses, to achieve the policy goals that “the government is attentive, the draftees feel at ease, and the parents are relieved”.
