According to the R.O.C. related constitution regulations, draftee who studies in university or college takes conscription physical examination after graduation. Although draftee who studies abroad is not applicable for above regulations, The policy depends on different Township/City/District Office when they received the examination request from the draftee who studies abroad.

National Conscription Agency, Ministry of the Interior shows draftees who study abroad rarely come back to Taiwan. Consider the cost and time for a more efficient way to complete the conscription physical examination, we are open to all draftees who study abroad to apply ahead before graduation at their household Township/City/District Office prior they returning back to Taiwan.
