  Enhance preventing deviation behavior of substitute military servicemen – manage 2019 servicemen’s counseling advisory group

National conscription agency specially set up servicemen’s counselling team and dispatch professional researchers and drug control agency personnel for promoting Substitute Services Draftees’ counseling benefit. The promotion goes smoothly with counselling group committee’s direction. It is a big success especially on initiating the healthy-life planning session, implementing digital survey of physical and mental condition (bsrs-5 questionnaire) for the servicemen, counselling questionnaire and service of referring to the counselling facilities. The agency implement a comprehensive urine drug screen for the drug abusing servicemen, as well as referring the abusers into specific medical institution for treatments. Moreover, these treatments include counselling for the deviation behaviors, education for the mental health …etc. They not only help servicemen solve their problems, enhance their adaptation and reduce the work for the department of ones who are serving but also investing servicemen’s health and their bright potential in the future. Furthermore, after their service the agency is hoping to see the contributions and what they can input into the society.

In Sept 16th 2019, 2019 Substitute Services Draftees counselling group meeting took place in Chenk-Kung Hill’s Substitute Service Training Center and host by the convener, director-general Kung, Chang-Jen. Five members attended the meeting and they give many professional guidance and advice toward preventing servicemen’s deviation behavior. The agency will follow members’ guidance and recommendations of the committee towards controlling servicemen’s deviation behavior and preventing them. Hoping substitute Services Draftees can finish their service smoothly and safely.
